Poland in Israel

Mr. Paltiel Perlmuter was awarded "the City of Lublin Medal of Merit" by the President of Lublin, Krzysztof Żuk, on the occasion of his 100th birth anniversary, in recognition of his involvement in building Polish-Israeli relations.

On May 2, 2024, the opening of the exhibition "Life, After All" by two extraordinary artists: the Israeli painter Aviva Blum and the Polish painter Wojciech Cieśniewski, took place at the President Hotel Gallery in Jerusalem.

A draft regulation amending the regulation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the establishment of voting districts in the 2023 parliamentary elections for Polish nationals abroad has been published at www.legislacja.gov.pl. The draft stipulates the liquidation of the voting district in Tel Aviv.

On September 10, 2023, at Yad Vashem, Rozalia and Michał Kopacz were awarded the title of Righteous Among the Nations.
