National Reading 2025 in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

On September 6th, the Polish diaspora in Jordan and Polish language students at the University of Jordan participated in the National Reading 2025, reciting the poetry of Jan Kochanowski in the picturesque setting of the Roman Citadel in Amman.
The National Reading was initiated by the President of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Bronisław Komorowski in 2012. This annual joint reading is open to all interested individuals, educational and cultural institutions, and public and social institutions in Poland and abroad.
During this year's event, the poetry of Jan Kochanowski was read.
The Jordanian edition of the National Reading 2025, organized at the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Amman, was the first event of its kind in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
