Meeting with Mr. Marcin Sypniewski, Member of the European Parliament

On 9 September 2026, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi hosted a meeting with Mr. Marcin Sypniewski, Member of the European Parliament (MEP), who was on a visit to the Republic of Kenya.
The discussion focused on the MEP’s mission to Kenya in connection with his involvement in the work of the Delegation to the Africa–EU Parliamentary Assembly and the European Parliament’s Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE). The MEP is particularly interested in issues relating to energy, critical raw materials, pathways to economic development, fintech and models of state governance.
As part of the delegation, MEP Marcin Sypniewski paid a visit to Nairobi Office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and the EU Delegation to Kenya.
