09.06.2021On June 5, 2021, at the initiative of the Embassy, Poles based in Nairobi participated in a trip around the capital in the footsteps of their fellow citizens. It allowed to learn a bit more about Polish heritage in Kenya and places in Nairobi that are historically linked to Poland.

12.05.2021We kindly inform you that on Friday, May 14, 2021 and Tuesday, June 1, 2021, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi and its Consular Section will be closed due to Eid al-Fitr and Madaraka Day respectively, which are declared public holidays in the Republic of Kenya. On Thursday, June 3, 2021, the Embassy will be closed because of the Feast of Corpus Christi observed by Poland.

The Legend of Mietek Kosz" directed by Maciej Pieprzyca. We encourage you to watch this and other titles from Kenya and the countries of the European Union taking part in this year's edition of the Festival.

03.05.2021When on 3 May 1791 the Four-Year Sejm also called the Great Sejm adopted The Government Act of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth later known as the Constitution of 3 May, the Polish-Lithuanian state became the Europe’s first and the world’s second that passed the basic law. For its time, it was a progressive and bold legal act which initiated a number of reforms. It also constituted a crowning achievement of the centuries-old links between Poland and Lithuania.
