Poland in Kenya

We kindly inform you that on Friday, July 31, 2020 the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi and its Consular Section will be closed due to public holiday observed in the Republic of Kenya (Eid al-Adha).

The call for proposals in the "Polish Returns 2020. COVID-19 Edition" program is addressed to institutions planning to employ scientists whose research may be relevant for broadening knowledge and solving significant problems related to the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences, in particular representatives of broadly understood health and biomedical sciences.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland, within its Small Grants Scheme, has up to date financed the implementation of two projects at the Department of Music & Dance of the Kenyatta University in Nairobi. In 2010 we equipped a professional recording studio that serves the students up to this day, while in 2018 we bought eight keyboards with accessories to further enhance the Department's capacities and accommodate the growing number of students.
