Poland in Kenya

European Union Heads of Mission, including the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Jacek Bazański, were on a four-day working visit to Meru County from February 19 to 22, 2020.

We kindly inform you that on February 11, 2020 the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi and its Consular Section will be closed due to a public holiday observed in Kenya.

Effective February 2, 2020, the Republic of Poland will implement new, increased visa fees for both Schengen visa and national visa. Following the amendment to the Schengen Visa Code, the new fee is 80 euros.

With this resolution, the deputies opposed to Russian politicians spinning the truth and falsifying history in order to discredit Poland and deteriorate Polish-Russian relations.

On January 13, 2020, Ambassador of Poland in Nairobi, Mr. Jacek Bazański, officially re-opened the Honorary Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Madagascar in the elevated class, by decision of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland. The ceremony was attended by the Consul of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi, Mrs. Anna Bazańska, members of the Polish diaspora, representatives of the Malagasy administration and local media.
