Visit of representatives of the Estonian Centre for International Development

On 26 March, we had the pleasure of hosting representatives of Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV): Ms. Eva-Maria Liimets, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Programme Manager for Democracy and the Rule of Law at ESTDEV; Ms. Katrin Winter, Regional Head for Africa at ESTDEV; and Ms. Olga Bogdanova, ESTDEV Representative in Africa.
The discussion focused on the current political situation in Kenya and potential areas of cooperation between Poland and Estonia. As Estonia prepares to open its embassy in Nairobi and expand its development engagement in Africa, the ESTDEV representatives shared insights into their development cooperation model and expressed interest in the Embassy’s experience, particularly in the areas of disinformation and election-related projects.
