Poland in Lebanon

On March 6, 2024, for the 3^rd year in a row, The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Beirut organized and conducted a culinary workshop at the KitchenLab Culinary Academy. Undoubtedly, the old proverb "the way to the heart is through the stomach" is still booming because the classes are known for their popularity and heartwarming atmosphere. Cooking together is not only an opportunity to integrate, but, according to the participants, an excellent chance to learn and explore Polish traditions.

This time, the Polish community had the opportunity to prepare red borscht and potato dumplings with mushroom sauce.
