01.01.2026IMPORTANT NOTICE - NEW CONSULAR FEE TARIFF AND FEE TABLE EFFECTIVE FROM 01.01.2026We kindly inform you that as of January 1, 2026, a new consular fee tariff has come into effect, introduced by the regulation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of October 29, 2025, amending the regulation on consular fees (Journal of Laws, item 1523). The new, higher fee rates apply to all applications submitted from January 1, 2026, and will be enforced at all Polish consular offices.
