Poland in Lebanon

On December 7th, the Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Beirut held a Christmas decoration workshop for the Polish community. Several children together with their parents rolled, cut, baked and decorated traditional ginegrbread cookies. The consuls shared with the participants the secret receipe for a Polish fermented gingerbread dough. It was a lovely gathering and occasion to celebrate Polish traditions.
