Poland in Lebanon

On April 5th, the Embassy of Poland in Beirut organized an Easter event for the Polish community in Lebanon – culinary workshops aimed at children and young people. In a professional culinary studio rented for this occasion, consuls conducted a lesson on baking and decorating traditional Easter mazurki. Participants also dyed eggs and created Easter eggs (pisanki) using the traditional wax method. Around 30 children of various ages took part in theevent, and the activities were tailored to their skills.The goal of this initiative was to engage with national culture and strengthen the connection with the country, as well as to introduce culinary traditions and the traditions of Easter.
