Poland in Lebanon

Representatives of the Polish Embassy in Beirut visited an art exhibition organized by Domus Orientalis - Eastern House in Beirut. "Gardens of Lebanon - A Bridge Across The Gardens" is a continuation of the project initiated by the organization several years ago,  with the goal of building bridges between Poland and the countries of the Middle East.

Due to the specificity of the place, the Lebanese exhibition took on a more social than artistic dimension. Biographies of the artists and information about the works in English and Arabic often tell complex stories of people who, as part of their artistic path, take the audience to a world of diverse combinations of cultures and regions.

The meeting at the Cultural Centre in Mar Mikhael was also a good opportunity to talk to Archbishop Grzegorz Ryś, who visited the exhibition as part of his journey to Beirut.
