A meeting focused on Poland’s experience in securing the EU’s eastern border was held at the EU Delegation in Beirut. The event, organized by the Consular Section of the Embassy of Poland as part of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU, marked the conclusion of a series of consular meetings held during the presidency.
The topic – border security – reflects one of the key priorities of the Polish Presidency. The hybrid-format meeting brought together consuls of EU Member States, diplomats working on migration, and police liaison officers.
