Poland in Lebanon

The Polish Embassy in Beirut organized a meeting of Women, Ambassadors to Lebanon with a guest - Lebanese parliamentarian Halime El Kaakour. The aim of the meeting was to discuss the current political situation in Lebanon and exchange experiences, including those concerning mechanisms supporting and facilitating the development of careers of women in diplomacy.

The meeting served to exchange information and promote topics important for women, promote gender equality and counteract discrimination, support the development of cooperation with foreign partners, including associations and networks of women in diplomacy and other countries and international organizations.
