Second edition of cooking workshop for Polish diaspora in Lebanon

Spring is here & Easter is coming! On 28th of March Polish Embassy in Beirut organised cooking class for Poles living in Lebanon. We gathered to prepare traditional Polish Easter dishes, the famous & indispensable żurek soup and stuffed eggs.
All participants were involved in cooking and later in consumption.
It was an excellent opportunity to talk about Easter traditions, celebrations and family customs.
