The Embassy of the Republic of Poland invites to tender for the purchase of the Property situated on
Lot No. 4280 & Lot No. 4299, Jalan Ru, Desa Pahlawan, 55000 Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (the "Property") in Malaysia.

1. Property Information:

The Property is owned by the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland (the "Vendor"). The area of the Property is 1,477.054 m² for Lot No. 4280 and 55.895 m² for Lot No. 4299. The Usage of the Property is Residential use, as described in the Title and the Title is freehold.

2. Submission of  Bids:

Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Tender Rules, in sealed envelopes marked as specified in the Tender Document titled "Tender Document – Lot 4280 & Lot 4299 Jalan Ru, Ampang, Kuala Lumpur".

3. Tender Deposit:

Participation in the tender is conditional upon the payment of a deposit in the amount of RM 182,000.00 (in words: one hundred eighty-two thousand Malaysian Ringgit) (the "Tender Deposit"). Each bid must be accompanied by a bank draft issued to Savills (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. for the amount of the Tender Deposit, serving as proof of payment. In the event that the bid is accepted by the Vendor, the Tender Deposit will be credited towards the purchase price. However, if the bid is accepted but subsequently reneged upon by the bidder, the Vendor shall retain the Tender Deposit. Savills (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is authorized to remit the Tender Deposit to the Vendor in the event that it is retained by the Vendor. The bidders whose bids are not accepted by the Vendor, will have their Tender Deposit refunded without interest. The refund will be done within 3 days of the closing of the tender, the conclusion of the tender with a negative result, or the annulment or cancellation of the tender.

4. Time and Place for Submission and Opening of Bids

Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and deposited in the Tender Box at Savills (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., located at Level 6, Corporate Tower 9, Pavilion Damansara Heights, No. 3, Jalan Damanlela, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur. This tender process commences on 15.10.2026. All bids must be received by 5:00 pm on 1.12.2026. Incomplete bids will be rejected.

Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Tender Form in English, which is the language of the tender.

The opening, verification, and evaluation of bids, as well as the selection of the winning bidder, will take place on 12:30 pm 2.12.2026 at the premises of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Malaysia (address: No. 10, Lorong Damai 9, 55000 Kuala Lumpur), conducted by the Tender Committee appointed by the Director General of the Foreign Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives holding written authorization. The verification and evaluation of bids, as well as the selection of the winning bidder, will take place without the presence of the public. 

5. Conditions for Concluding the Sale and Purchase Agreement

The bidder whose bid has been accepted shall lose the rights resulting from acceptance of  the winning bid, and the Tender Deposit shall be forfeited, if the bidder fails to pay the full purchase price by the designated deadline or refuses to conclude the Sale and Purchase Agreement in accordance with the terms of the draft Sale and Purchase Agreement attached to the Tender Document.

The winning bidder bears the costs of concluding the Sale and Purchase Agreement, in accordance with the terms of the draft Sale and Purchase Agreement attached to the Tender Document as well with other relevant documents regarding the purchase of the Property. 

Each bidder must indicate the proposed price for the Property in a sealed envelope. The minimum price (starting price) for the Property is RM9,100,000 (nine million one hundred thousand Malaysian Ringgit).

If it is determined that multiple bidders have submitted offers where the price difference does not exceed 5% of the highest offer, the Tender Committee will continue the tender process via an oral auction immediately after the opening of bids, or no later than 12.30 pm on 3.12.2026.

Tender Document, including the Tender Rules, a copy of the title deed, and other related documents, may be obtained free of charge from the Savills office.

6. Other Terms and Conditions

Viewings of the property can be arranged through the exclusive agent, whose contact details are provided in this announcement.

The Vendor, acting primarily to further the diplomatic and political interests of the Republic of Poland, reserves the right to:

1) cancel the tender, or modify the tender conditions or the tender announcement, at any time prior to the deadline for bid submission, without providing a reason;

2) close the tender without selecting any of the bids—even if they meet the formal requirements—without providing a reason;

3) demand the annulment of the contract concluded through the tender process.
