The talks regarded the security situation in Central Europe and the Western Balkans. During the meeting, excellent bilateral relations were confirmed and there was a declaration of willingness to deepen the relations in the area of defence. Deputy minister Paweł Zalewski declared ongoing, strong support for Albania on its European course and in the process of training and modernization of the Albanian Armed Forces.

Albania had expressed willingness for the minister of national defence of Albania to visit Poland in the near future. Deputy minister Paweł Zalewski assured that Poland will make every effort for this meeting to take place in the coming months.
