09.07.2024“Industrial cooperation success, opportunities & challenges for NATO”Firstly, I would like to state that it is an honor for me to speak to you on the eve of the NATO Summit that will mark the Alliance’s 75-year-old history. I would also like to express my gratitude to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for organizing this important event. Seeing you all here proves that the Alliance is stronger and more united than ever before. Tonight’s event is a unique opportunity to start a broad discussion between NATO member states and the many organizations present here on the further development of the transatlantic defense industry cooperation.

Liberty needs strength. We do not live in a time when we can sleep easily. Sadly each day brings horrific scenes like yesterday in Kyiv’s hospital. If someone bombs a hospital, they are capable of anything. And the Alliance has to respond forcefully in such situations. (…) Poland today is a co-host of the Alliance (…) We are also one of those who invest the most in the defence industry and the modernization of the armed forces, but we are also willing to support other countries – said Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak – Kamysz before the commencement of the Washington NATO Summit.

05.07.2024Deputy Prime Minister W. Kosiniak – Kamysz: There is nothing more important than the security of Poland and of our alliesWe need rapid responses. This is a task that the European Union now takes upon itself to deploy its forces, its troops, wherever they are needed (…). This formed the basis of this community which we have joined 20 years ago. Today Poland takes responsibility for the Battlegroup with its closes allies – Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. I am grateful for this cooperation. This is an expression of responsibility. (…) Poland understands threats to security very well. Poland assumes responsibility, showing that it is one of the leaders of the European Union – deputy prime minister Władysław Kosiniak – Kamysz said during the ceremony of accepting duty of the European Union Battlegroup by the soldiers of the Polish Armed Forces. The ceremony took place on July 5th, 2024, in Cracow.

20.06.2024K2 tanks will be produced in Poland“We have full confirmation of the will to cooperate and provide all technical information as soon as possible so that Polish armament industry can prepare for the production of K2 tanks in Poland. (…) This is a huge effort of the Polish Armaments Group. All efforts and resources are directed towards commencing the production as soon as possible. We are talking about another executive contract for 180 K2 tanks, which we want to sign during Kielce defence industry exposistion. The goal is for tanks to be produced in Poland starting with current tranche," said Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz after the end of Thursday's talks with the South Korean delegation.

One of them was deterrence and defence, the main activities of NATO. 20.05.202422. Meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact GroupOn May 20th, the 22. meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group was held remotely, chaired by the US Defence Secretarly Lloyd Austin. Over 50 delegations from partner countries, as well as NATO and EU representatives, took part in the meeting.

15.05.2024Astral Knight 24 – Command and Control in the Air Domain- 25 years after Poland joined NATO, 75 years after NATO was created, I note with pride that once again there is allied aircraft on Polish soil and in the Polish air. There are allies, those with whom we excercise during the United States excercise Astral Knight 2024 – the Deputy Prime Minister W. Kosiniak – Kamysz said during a meeting with soldiers participating in the international excercise.
