Poland in Nigeria

We wish to inform that Consulate of the Republic of Poland continues to remain closed for visa applications and legal matters, however we decided that as a result of the easing of lockdown in FCT, we will start releasing the documents submitted to us prior the lockdown. This includes the passports and legalized documents.

In order to collect the documents, the interested party must write an email which includes the following information:

1.      Full name

2.      Passport number

3.      Date of Application (it can be found on the collection slip). 

Upon reception of the email we will schedule a specific time and date and reply within one working day.

You will not be served unless you secure a specific date from the Consulate.

Note:

If you intend to use a proxy, you must provide him/her with the original of the authorization letter. The proxy must be holding original ID documents mentioned in the authorization letter.
