Poland in Nigeria

The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abuja informs about the implementation of a new IT tool to facilitate the appointment registration process for persons submitting an application for a national visa through the online appointment registration system (www.e-konsulat.gov.pl), effective 27th April 2026. The new tool will include visual verification of the applicant's identity and of their identity document (video verification).

As of January 1, 2026, a new tariff of consular fees came into force in connection with the Regulation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of October 29, 2025.
