Poland in Nigeria

Please be informed that the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abuja will be closed from 2nd until 4th May 2022.

The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange has announced recruitment for the Banach Scholarship Program in the academic year 2022/2023.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abuja has completed a development project in Kambia, Sierra Leone. The project was financed by the Polish Aid program and implemented by the Catholic Parish of St. Augustine in Kambia managed by Polish missionaries.

Ukraine is being torn apart by war. Poland is providing both humanitarian and military aid to Ukraine.

Please be kindly informed that due to a public holiday the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abuja will be closed on the 6th and 7th January 2022.

Today, Poland has started its one-year Chairmanship at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). Thus, our country is assuming a greater role in shaping security and stabilisation on the European continent in the spirit of the Helsinki Final Act, whose 50th anniversary we will be celebrating in 2025.

On December 16th The Nasarawa State University Keffi (NSUK) in collaboration with the Nasarawa State Government and the Polish Embassy in Nigeria organized the unveiling ceremony of a series of (three) classic books translated from Polish language to English. These three books on “Fundamentals of Criminal Psychology”, “Criminology”, and “Suicidology” authored by veteran Professor Brunon Holyst.
