Visit of members of the Nigeria-Poland Parliamentary Friendship Group at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abuja

In the House of Representatives of the Nigerian Parliament, a Nigeria-Poland Parliamentary Friendship Group was constituted. On 21.01.2026, members of the Group paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abuja.
The aim of the visit was to strengthen diplomatic cooperation, search for new areas of cooperation and promote interpersonal relations between Nigerians and Poles. The priority areas of cooperation were identified as: education and research, trade and investment, culture and tourism as well as technology and innovation. During the meeting, prospective actions in the identified areas of cooperation were fruitfully discussed.
