7 January 2025, Ambassador Robert Rostek was received by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Waleed Al Khuraiji, with whom he discussed the future of Polish-Saudi relations and the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

24 January 2025, the first meeting of heads of EU diplomatic missions in Riyadh was held as part of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The meeting was attended by Dr Abdullah Alhokail, President of the Saudi Public Opinion Research Centre.

13-19 February 2025, visit of the Polish-Saudi Parliamentary Group, headed by its chairwoman Ewa Kołodziej. The group was invited by the Saudi-Polish Friendship Committee of the Consultative Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Shura), which visited Poland in 2022. The Polish delegation was accompanied throughout its stay in Riyadh by the chairman of the aforementioned friendship committee, member of the Consultative Council Mr Issa Al-Otaibi. During their stay at KAS, the group held a series of meetings with Saudi institutions and business representatives.

5 March 2025, the Polish Ambassador met with the Secretary General of the Digital Cooperation Organisation, Ms Deema Al-Yahya.

12 March 2025, the Polish Ambassador met with the Deputy Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, Acting President of the General Transport Authority, Rumaih al-Rumaih.

23-25 April 2025, Ambassador Robert Rostek together with the Saudi delegation – Deputy Minister for Investment Ms Sarah Al Saeed and Deputy Governor for International Relations Mr Abdulaziz Omar Alsakran took part in the 17th European Economic Congress in Katowice.

11 May 2025, Ambassador Robert Rostek took part in 1St Arab European Cities Dialogue Forum in Riyadh, chaired by His Highness Prince Dr Faisal Bin Abdulaziz Bin Ayyaf, Mayor of the Riyadh Region, with the participation of representatives of the Polish cities of: Katowice, Krakow and Wrocław.

27 June 2025. FlyNas inaugural flight on the Riyadh-Krakow route, the second direct flight connection between Poland and Saudi Arabia.

7 August 2025, as part of the development of bilateral relations, including the dynamically growing tourist traffic between Poland and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ambassador Robert Rostek was received by the Deputy Minister of Tourism, General Supervisor of International Affairs, Princess Sara Bint Abdulazaiz Al Saud.

10 September 2025, the 2nd Polish-Saudi Investment Forum took place in Warsaw, attended by an 80-person delegation from Saudi Arabia, led by Minister of Investment Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al Falih. Poland was represented by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski, Minister of Finance and Economy Andrzej Domański, Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland Marcin Przydacz, and Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Development and Technology Michał Baranowski.

20-21 September, 2025, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Jacek Czerniak, visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, along with a delegation from the National Veterinary Inspectorate (KOWR) and the Chief Veterinary Inspectorate, represented by Deputy Chief Veterinary Inspectorate Dr. Paweł Meyer. Minister Jacek Czerniak met with the Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mansour Almushaiti, the leadership of the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce, and the president of the Saudi-Polish Business Council.

16 – 20 November, 2025 the Ambassador of Poland Robert Rostek visited three provinces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Jazan, Tabuk and Asir. The program included meetings with the provincial governors, talks at the Chambers of Commerce in Tabuk and Abha on Polish–Saudi economic cooperation, and visits to key regional landmarks such as Wadi Al Disah, Tabuk Castle and the Rijal Alma’a Heritage Village.

15 January 2024 - Ambassador Robert Rostek met with the President of the Federation of Saudi Chambers Hassan bin Mujab Al-Huwaizi.

4 - 8 February 2024 - The World Defense Show in Riyadh, attended by a delegation from the Ministry of Defence and Polish defence companies, including PGZ, APS, Jakusz, MSP Tech, Flaris and Baszta.

26 March 2024 - Ambassador Robert Rostek presented his credentials to the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Muhammad bin Salman.

2 May 2024 – National Day reception with the participation of the representative of the Governor of Riyadh with the rank of Minister, Nabil Al Taweel.

7 - 9 May 2024 - Ambassador Robert Rostek and Saudi Deputy Minister of Economy and Planning Yasser Al-Faqih attended the 16th edition of the European Economic Congress in Katowice.

26 May 2024 - Ambassador of the Republic of Poland Robert Rostek attended a reception to mark the 43rd anniversary of the founding of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in Riyadh, in the presence of His Excellency Prince Faisal bin Bandar Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh Province, and His Excellency Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Jassim Mohammed Al Budaiwi.

4 June 2024 - Air service between Warsaw and Riyadh, operated by PLL LOT, officially opened.

21 July 2024 - Ambassador of the Republic of Poland Robert Rostek met with the President of the Saudi Space Agency, His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman Al Saud.

21 August 2024 - Ambassador of the Republic of Poland Robert Rostek met with Saudia Group CEO Ibrahim bin Abdulrahman Al-Omar at the company's headquarters in Jeddah.

30 September 2024 - Ambassador of the Republic of Poland Robert Rostek met with the new president of the Saudi-Polish Business Council, Mr. Abdullah Abu Dabeel, with whom he discussed upcoming Polish-Saudi business events.

5 November 2024 - Polish Ambassador Robert Rostek met with Federation of Saudi Chambers President Hassan Alhwaizy two weeks before the planned Polish-Saudi Business Forum in Warsaw to discuss prospects for economic cooperation between Poland and Saudi Arabia.

19 November 2024 - Poland-Saudi Arabia Business Forum in Warsaw, attended by dozens of representatives of the Saudi public sector and the private sector, including the Public Investment Fund and the Federation of Saudi Chambers, as well as their Polish counterparts and ambassadors of both countries. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitization Krzysztof Gawkowski was one of the guests at the event.

20 – 24 November 2024 - Chairwoman of the Polish-Saudi Parliamentary Group MP Ewa Kolodziej visited Saudi Arabia, where she met with Chairman of the Saudi-Polish Friendship Committee in the Shura Council Issa Al-Otaibi. The chairwoman also took part in the celebration of the thirty-fifth anniversary of the establishment of the Saudi Conjoined Twins Programme. The event also hosted sisters Daria and Olga Kolacz, who were separated 19 years ago thanks to the Saudi program.

1-5 December 2024 - Minister of Sports and Tourism Slawomir Nitras visited Saudi Arabia, where he took part in the World Anti-Doping Organization meeting taking place on December 1-5, 2024. During his stay in Riyadh, the minister was received by Saudi Sports Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal.

15 - 18 December 2024 - official visit of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitization Krzysztof Gawkowski with a delegation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During his stay in Riyadh, the Deputy Prime Minister took part in the UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF) speaking as one of the main guests. In addition to participating in the IGF, the Deputy Prime Minister also held a number of meetings, including with: Minister of Commerce, Majid Al Kassabi; Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, Abdullah Al Swaha; Minister of Investment, Khalid Al-Falih; Secretary General of the Digital Cooperation Organization, Deema Al-Yahya; President of the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce, Hassan bin Mujab Al-Huwaizi.

8 May 2023 – Visit of Minister of Economy and Planning, Faisal bin Fadhil Al Ibrahim to Warsaw;

20-22 May 2023  – Visit of Minister of Finance, Magdalena Rzeczkowska, to Riyadh;

6 June 2023 – Ambassador Robert Rostek met with General Supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Center Dr. Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah;

8 June 2023 - Deputy Foreign Minister Wojciech Gerwel attended the ministerial meeting of the Global Coalition against Daesh in Riyadh;

10 - 12 June 2023 – Saudi-Polish Joint Committee meeting with the participation of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Paweł Jabłoński, 4 other Deputy Ministers (of Finance, Agriculture and Rural Development, Interior and Chancellery of Prime Minister) as well as 65 businessmen;

2 August 2023 – Conversation between Minister of Economic Development and Technology Waldemar Buda and Minister of Economy and Planning, Faisal bin Fadhil Al Ibrahim;

5 August 2023 – Polish delegation, led by Deputy Minister Marcin Przydacz, attended the National Security Advisors' Meeting on the Zelenski Peace Plan in Jeddah;

16 August 2023 – Ambassador Robert Rostek received Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of Poland Saad Saleh al Saleh in the Embassy of Poland in Riyadh;

28-29 August 2023 – Visit of Minister of Transport and Logistic Services Saleh Al Jasser to Poland. Signing of the intergovernmental agreement on air communications, which, once ratified, will enable the launch of direct flights between Warsaw and Riyadh;

30 August 2023 – Ambassador Robert Rostek was received by Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prof. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan;

3 September 2023 – Polish delegation headed by Marshal of the Wielkopolska Region Marek Woźniak attended meetings at Ministry of Energy and the Federation of Saudi Chambers in Riyadh, discussing the potential of developing regional cooperation.

9 November 2023 - Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki held a telephone conversation with Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman. The conversation covered bilateral issues, prospects for developing cooperation in a number of areas, as well as international issues.

12 November 2023 - A reception was held at the residence of the Polish Ambassador in Riyadh on the occasion of National Independence Day, as well as the Polish Army Day. The reception was attended, among others, by representatives of the Saudi armed forces, including 11 Saudi officers who graduated from Polish military universities in 2021.

14 December 2023 - Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Muhammad bin Salman congratulated the new President of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland Donald Tusk after he was sworn in.
