Poland in Saudi Arabia

In connection with the 200^th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Polish poet Cyprian Kamil Norwid in 2021 and the 2021 Year of Norwid announced by the Polish Parliament, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the Adam Mickiewicz Museum of Literature in Warsaw, has prepared an exhibition promoting the figure of the poet.

The exhibition presents the poet in an accessible way, showing his work also in the context of numerous journeys and acquaintances with famous figures of the time, such as Fryderyk Chopin. The main emphasis was placed on the poet's journeys and threads from his life in a foreign countries.

The author of the exhibition content is Jarosław Mikołajewski, Deputy Director of the Museum of Literature, a poet and expert in Norwid's works.
