Poland in Saudi Arabia

Staff members of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Riyadh took part in the Riyadh Marathon 2026, representing Poland at one of the largest running events held in Saudi Arabia. Their participation provided an opportunity to actively engage with the local community and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.

White-and-red colours, positive energy and strong team spirit were visible along the route. Embassy staff competed across various distances, showing that diplomacy is not only about office work, but also about being present and involved in the social and sporting life of the city.

For the team, the marathon was above all a shared and enjoyable experience, as well as another opportunity to promote Poland in a positive and approachable way in Riyadh.
