Telephone Conversation Between the Defence Ministers of Poland and Saudi Arabia

On 13 October 2026, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Poland, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
During the call, the ministers reviewed bilateral military and defence cooperation between Poland and Saudi Arabia. They also discussed the security situation in the Middle East and ways to support regional security and stability.
The conversation also addressed attacks carried out by the Houthi movement against Saudi Arabia. According to the statement issued by the Saudi side, both ministers condemned these attacks.
The call provided an opportunity to review Polish-Saudi cooperation in the field of defence and exchange views on current challenges to regional security.
