Telephone conversation between the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, Radosław Sikorski, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, Radosław Sikorski, held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.

During the call, the ministers discussed the current security situation in the region, as well as issues related to ensuring the safety of residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and individuals temporarily staying in the country.

They also underlined the urgent need to restore the full operability of maritime shipping routes and air connections in the region, which are essential for the security of international transport and economic stability.

The conversation formed part of ongoing consultations between Poland and Saudi Arabia in light of the evolving security situation in the Middle East.
