The subject of the bidding is a Hyundai Sonata car, year of production: 2012, mileage: 90 479 km, automatic gear, color: black, engine capacity: 1,997 cc, gasoline. Vehicle currently not in use due to a breakdown, but still operational.

Minimum bidding price of the car – 160,000.00 THB (in words: one hundred sixty thousand 00/100 Thai bahts)

Whoever wishes to inspect the car should make an appointment first. Please contact the Embassy by phone + 662 079 7300 ext. 309 or write an e-mail to: bangkok.amb.sekretariat@msz.gov.pl in order to schedule an appointment.

All bidders should drop a sealed envelope marked “Bid on Hyundai Sonata” at the Embassy’s office (Bangkok, Athenee Tower, 63 Wireless Road, Lumphini, Pathumwan, 10330 Bangkok), on working days (Monday to Friday) between 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., not later than 11:30 a.m. on March 31^st, 2026. The offering price cannot be lower than the minimum bidding price.

1. The bidding offer should contain:

1. bidder’s name, address or the name of the company and its headquarters (if applicable), telephone number, e-mail address

2. offered price for one vehicle (which should be not less than minimum bidding price);

3. acknowledgement of the bidder that he/she is familiar with the technical condition of the vehicle and do not have any objections or acknowledgement of the bidder that with full responsibility he/she resign from inspection of the vehicle

4. acknowledgement of the bidder that in case his/her offer will be chosen, he/she will pay to the Embassy offered price and that he/she is aware of all additional costs to be paid, connected with the purchase, i.e. transportation, taxes, duties, registration fees, technical inspections and any other costs required by the law.

5. acknowledgement of Information on the processing of the personal data.

6. proof of deposit payment.

 

2. The submitted bids will be rejected if:

1. Submitted after the deadline,

2. Submitted at the wrong location,

3. Without the required information mentioned in the 1^st paragraph or when the information is incomplete, illegible or suspicious, in which case an explanation could lead to its recognition as a new offer,

4. Confirmation of deposit payment will not be attached to the bid.

 

All bidders will be required to pay the deposit of 16,000.00 THB (sixteen thousand 00/100 Thai bahts),  in cash before the submission of bidding offers, not later than 11:30 a.m. on March 31^st, 2026.

The bids will be opened at 12:30 p.m. on March 31^st, 2026 at the Embassy’s office. The car will be sold to a bidder offering the highest price. If the same price is offered by several bidders, the bidding procedure will follow in the form of auction between the bidders.

 

The successful bidder will be required to pay the remaining amount offered in the following 7 days. The car will be available after the (transfer of) payment.

 

The successful bidder is buying the car in its current state and shall pay all necessary taxes and expenses pertaining to the transfer of ownership rights.

 

The Embassy reserves the right to change the date or invalidate the bidding and is not obliged to give the explanation of the decision.

The bid deposit will not be refunded if the bidder who won the tender fails to conclude a sales contract.

The bid deposit submitted by the bidders whose offers have not been selected, the seller will reimburse within 7 days, as of the date of the selection or rejection of the offer respectively.
