The Consular Section informs that due to the Easter and Songkran holidays, submitting a visa appeal will not be possible on Mondays April 6th and April 13th.

 

As per the regulations, if the last day of the 14-day period falls on a holiday, it is moved to the next working day.

 

For applicants whose last day to appeal falls on April 6th (visa decision collected on March 23rd) – an additional slot for appealing is provided on April 7th, between 11:00 to 11:45.

For applicants whose last day to appeal falls on April 13th (visa decision collected on March 30th) – an additional slot for appealing is provided on April 15th, between 11:00 to 11:45.

 

Alternatively, the appeals can be submitted on every working Monday and Wednesday, 11:00 to 11:45, within the 14 days period.

 

There is no need to book an appointment. To check the last day for your appeal, calculate 14 days from the day of the decision collection, starting from the next day (the collection day is day 0).
