Information of lodging visa appeal in June

The Consular Section informs that due to the Thai holidays submitting a visa appeal will not be possible on Monday June 1st and and Wednesday June 3rd. Due to a Polish holiday The Embassy will also be closed on June 4th.
As per the regulations, if the last day of the 14-day period for lodging appeal falls on a holiday, the time-limit is moved to the next working day.
For applicants whose last day to appeal falls on June 1st – an additional slot for appealing is provided on June 2nd, between 11:00 to 11:45.
For applicants whose last day to appeal falls on June 3rd – an additional slot for appealing is provided on June 5th, between 11:00 to 11:45.
Alternatively, the appeals can be submitted on every working Monday and Wednesday, 11:00 to 11:45, within the 14 days period.
There is no need to book an appointment. To check the last day for your appeal, calculate 14 days from the day of the decision collection, starting from the next day (the collection day is day 0).
