October 8–9, 2026

The Consular and Polish Diaspora Section of the Embassy of Poland in Washington, D.C., will hold a Passport Outreach in Philadelphia on Thursday and Friday, October 8–9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Appointments will open on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET.

Appointments:

Schedule your appointment through e-konsulat (United States of America → Consular Outreach → Pennsylvania).

All appointments must be made through e-konsulat. The Embassy cannot schedule appointments by phone or email.

When booking, enter your complete mailing address, valid phone number, and email address. Your passport will be mailed to the address provided.

NOTE: Your personal information in Polish and foreign identity documents must match the information in Poland’s State Register System, including PESEL and civil-status records. Differences may delay or prevent passport issuance.

For a first adult passport, or if your last valid Polish passport or ID card was issued before July 1, 2001, bring:

Original or electronically signed decision confirming Polish citizenship

Original Polish birth certificate

Original Polish marriage certificate, if you were married abroad

For a first passport for a child, bring the child’s original Polish birth certificate. Polish birth and marriage certificates, as applicable, and documentation of any name change may also be required.

Parents applying for a child’s passport must bring valid Polish identity documents. At least one parent must present a valid Polish passport or Polish ID card.

If only one parent is applying, review the requirements for parental consent.

Fees and preparation:

We accept credit/debit cards, money orders, and cashier’s checks payable to the Embassy of Poland. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

Bring all required documents, fees, and photographs to your appointment. Review passport photo requirements.

Please arrive on time. Only passport applicants may enter.

This Passport Outreach is intended primarily for residents of the Embassy’s consular district.

Completed passports cannot be mailed to addresses outside the Embassy’s consular district.
