Individuals interested in obtaining a long-term visa to Poland, (a stay exceeding 90 days), should book their visit in the system well in advance via https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl

Visa applications can be submitted no earlier than 6 months and, as a rule, no later than 15 calendar days before the planned date of visit.

Applications for national visas are processed within 15 days from the date of submission of the application. This deadline, in justified cases, may be extended to 30 days.

It is recommended to take into account the waiting period for a visit in order to apply for a Polish national visa and the possible lower availability of appointments during the Christmas and New Year period when planning trips to Poland.
