Those interested in obtaining a long-stay visa for Poland, i.e., for a stay longer than 90 days, must book an appointment in advance using the system (here is the link to the website of the electronic consulate or external service provider). Please note that visa applications can be submitted at least 6 months in advance and, as a rule, no later than 15 calendar days before the planned date of visit. National visa applications are processed within 15 days from the date of submission. In justified cases, this period may be extended to 30 days. When planning your trip to Poland, please take into account the waiting time for an appointment to submit your Polish national visa application and the possible reduced availability of appointments during the Christmas and New Year period.
