29th International Festival "The Young Pianist"

The finals of the 29th "The Young Pianist" International Festival took place on May 31st. The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tirana was the patron and sponsor of the 29th Festival's prizes.

The festival is organized annually by the European Association of Piano Teachers in Albania - EPTA Albania - in cooperation with the Jordan Misja Artistic Secondary School in Tirana. Over 150 young and talented pianists, aged 6 to 25, participated in the competition.

The winner of the Fryderyk Chopin Prize was Orajën Popa, and the Audience Award went to Gjesika Alia. Both prizes were sponsored by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tirana. Congratulations!
