Starting from 30.12.2020 revised regulations are applied to facilitate access to Poland for medical workers.

Simplified procedures to carry out medical activities for selected specializations in Poland

These are the relevant categories:

1.       doctors,
2.       dentists,
3.       nurses,
4.       midwives,
5.       medical rescuers,
who obtained qualifications to carry out the aforementioned functions in non-EU countries.

The work approval procedures for the mentioned above professions is simplified and has been significantly shortened.
Applications submitted to the Minister of Health, including those lodged via Consuls of Poland, are subject to proper examination.

Detailed information on the regulations of taking up work in each profession is available on the website of the institution, as well as on the website of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Poland.
