Training of Albanian firefighters as part of the "Polish Aid" project
13.05.2026
On May 11, 2026, Chargé d'Affaires of the Republic of Poland Wojciech Unolt presented diplomas of completion of training in forcible entry techniques (door breaching).
This time, the training participants were firefighters from Kamëz Municipality. The training, conducted by our partner organization, the Albanian Fire Protection and Rescue Association AFPRA, utilized Polish-made equipment donated by the Embassy as part of the "Polish Aid" development cooperation project in 2025.
Through cooperation with Albanian partners – the non-profit organization AFPRA and the Albanian Fire Service – Poland is contributing to improving the safety of Albanian residents and tourists and enhancing the capabilities of Albanian emergency services.
Our cooperation, initiated in 2019, continues to expand and includes training, equipment donations, and the transfer of knowledge and experience. Through the "Polish Aid" program, we support partners where the needs are greatest.
