Poland in Armenia

You must book your appointment to apply for a visa via the e-konsulat system.

The registration form is available in Polish, English, or Russian. Fields numbered 1, 2, 3, 5, 11, 13, 16, 30, and 31 must be completed using only Latin alphabet letters (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z). Entering incorrect data will result in the application being refused at the consulate.

Registering an appointment through the e-konsulat system is mandatory. The system sends emails with instructions for each stage of the registration process to the email address provided during registration. You must strictly follow these instructions and respond accordingly, including mandatory confirmation of the proposed appointment date. Rejecting the proposed date is considered a resignation from the appointment.

Inquiries about appointment dates sent to the email address of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Yerevan will not be answered.

Please pay attention what are the next steps of registration and what you need to do:

• Go to the website: https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/;
• On the top right corner    you can change the language from Polish to English or Russian;
• Select the country (Armenia) and the city (Yerevan);
• In the MENU tab (top left), choose the option “Schengen Visa – register application form”;
• Enter the required information and save the preliminary visa application. Remember that the data entered in the application must match the data in the documents you possess.
• After saving the data, you will receive a request to confirm the preliminary application at the email address you provided.
• The next step is to complete the full visa application within the next 48 hours. If the application is not completed within this time, your reservation will be cancelled and your data will be deleted from the system.
• Your properly registered application will participate in the automatic appointment allocation process, which takes place every Wednesday and Sunday. You will receive information at the email address you provided about whether an appointment date has been assigned to you.
• After receiving the email with the assigned appointment date, you must confirm or reject the proposed date within the next 48 hours. Failure to respond or rejection of the proposed date will result in cancellation of your reservation, and you will need to register again.
• On the scheduled date, you must appear at the consular office with a printed visa application form and a complete set of required documents.

Remember

• The data entered in the application must match the data in your documents;
• All information, confirmations, and links to complete the application are sent automatically to the email address you provided during registration;
• Consular staff have no ability to influence the appointment scheduling process;
• You may submit a visa application no earlier than six months before your planned trip.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Yerevan does not cooperate with any intermediaries, visa centres, or travel agencies in accepting or processing visa applications, nor does it recommend using their services.

Using intermediaries does not result in preferential treatment. These entities cannot guarantee visa appointment dates.​​​​​​

Only a consul is authorized to process visa applications and make decisions regarding them.

Registration is free of charge!

The only fee charged is the consular fee for submitting the visa application at the time of submission at the consular office.
