1. Visa matters:
- Visa application acceptance: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Visa appeal submission: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM
- Passport/visa decision collection: Monday-Friday 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM
- Telephone information (+374 60 70 01 17): Monday-Friday 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
2. Other matters (passport, legal, citizenship, Polish Card, repatriation) – according to the deadlines set via the e-consulate system.
The Consular and Polish Diaspora Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Yerevan hereby informs that:
- it does not respond to email inquiries, the answers to which can be found on the office's website;
- it also does not respond to correspondence (including correspondence received via email) that does not meet the requirements set out in the Code of Administrative Procedure.
Correspondence addressed to the consular office should include:
• the first and last name of the person from whom it comes;
• that person's address;
• the subject of the matter.
Emergency telephone number
In emergency situations (death, arrest, traffic accident), requiring the urgent intervention of the consul, contact is possible by calling: +374 91 426 885 or by e- mail: erywan.wk.dyzurny@msz.gov.pl.
ATTENTION!
Telephone lines are open on working days between 17:00 and 09:00 Armenian time, and on holidays in Poland and Armenia - 24 hours a day. It is used to save human health and life, search for the missing, possibly establish contact with relatives of injured or detained Polish citizens. The emergency telephone is not designated for providing information.
Please note that standard information, available on the website of the Embassy (e.g. visa information, office hours, etc) will not be provided via the emergency telephone. The consul on duty does not respond to a request for the standard information sent to the emergency e-mail.
Lack of knowledge of foreign languages, misunderstandings between the customer and the service provider, the need to pay a traffic ticket for an infraction, seeking services, etc., are not emergencies requiring the interaction of the consul.
