The Consular Information Centre provides answers to general questions regarding consular matters: passports, loss of documents, Polish citizenship, civil status and other legal matters. The telephone number of the Consular Information Centre (CIK) is available on working days in Poland, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Warsaw time (CET): +32 2 7893 600.

IMPORTANT: the CIK does not provide information regarding visa matters or matters already initiated at the Consulate!

Telephone number to the Consular Section and Polish Diaspora in Brussels

The telephone number + 32 2 7804502 is exclusively dedicated to cases initiated at the Consulate.

The telephone line is available on working days from Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Outside office hours, the Consul can only be contacted on the emergency number +32 (0) 492 727 405 in cases of emergency requiring immediate intervention, such as DEATHS, ACCIDENTS, ARRESTS.

REMEMBER: the emergency telephone number is not an information telephone!

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Wednesday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

The reception of passport is possible without making an appointment every:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

In matters relating to passports, civil status, administration, citizenship and visas, the visitors are only received after prior booking an appointment at www.e-konsulat.gov.pl

Deadlines for passport matters are added consecutively every Monday at 9:00 AM and Wednesday at 8:00 PM, whereas for legal and civil matters every fortnight on Mondays at 9:00 AM.

Reception of documents, registration of loss of passport or identity card and emergency situations are possible without registration. Every Wednesday between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, it is possible to confirm Profil Zaufany [Trusted Profile] without making an appointment, as long as the request for confirmation of the profile is submitted correctly.

Some consular services, especially the transcription of birth certificates and the transcription of marriage certificates, can be carried out by correspondence.

Consular fees can be paid at the Consulate by payment card. This form of payment is encouraged.
