The car is in good technical condition.

Remarks about the bodywork: visible parking-related scratches on the front bumper (left side) and rear bumper (near the trunk sill); superficial mechanical scratch on the rear left window (resulting from an attempted act of vandalism) that does not affect the seal.

Deposit amount and submission details

  1. Participation in the tender requires a deposit of 10% of the Seller's starting price for the vehicle, amounting to CAD 1,800.00 (say: one thousand eight hundred 00/100 Canadian dollars).
  2. The submitted offer must be confirmed by a deposit made in cash at the Seller's premises (by prior arrangement with Mr. Kamil Romanowski) or by e-Transfer to e-mail address: dorota.lipska@msz.gov.pl.
  3. Deposit payments must be made by August 6, 2026. Failure to submit the deposit will result in the rejection of the offer.
  4. Deposits submitted by Bidders whose offers were not selected or were rejected will be refunded within 7 days from the date of selection or rejection.
  5. The deposit submitted by the Purchaser will be applied toward the purchase price and will not be refunded in case the winning Bidder withdraws from signing the sales agreement.

The offer should include (sample offer attached)

  1. Full name and address or the name (company) and registered office of the Bidder, mobile phone number, and email address.
  2. The vehicle the offer is for, the offered price (not lower than the starting price), and payment terms.
  3. Statement from the Bidder confirming that they are familiar with the vehicle available for tender or that they bear responsibility for the consequences arising from the failure to inspect it.
  4. Original or photocopy of the proof of payment of the bid deposit.
  5. If a legal entity participates in the tender, a current extract from the relevant register, issued no earlier than six months prior to the deadline for the submission of bids.

Deadline and location for submitting offers

  1. Offers should be submitted to the Seller by noon on August 7, 2026, in a sealed envelope marked "OFFER - BMW. Do not open until 2:00 pm on August 7, 2026”.
  2. The envelope should be addressed to:

  3. Offers must be sent to the address indicated above or submitted at the Seller’s premises on business days between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., no later than 12:00 p.m. on August 7, 2026.
  4. The offer is binding for 28 days from the date of the opening of offers.

Tender resolution

  1. The Committee will select the Bidder who offers the highest price.
  2. If at least two persons offer the same price, an additional auction will be conducted between those persons.

3. Offers will be rejected if submitted after the designated deadline, in the wrong place, or by a Bidder who has not submitted the deposit, as well as if they do not contain the required information and documents specified in the announcement or if they are incomplete, illegible, or raise doubts, with submitted explanations possibly leading to their classification as new offers.

4.  The Seller reserves the right to close the tender without selecting any of the offers, without stating a reason.

5.   The Committee shall notify the Bidder of the rejection of the offer without delay.

Other information

  1. The vehicle referred to in point 4 of this notice is the property of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Montreal, is free from legal defects, is not encumbered by rights held by third parties, is not the subject of any pending proceedings concerning said item, and does not serve as security.
  2. Scheduled date for the conclusion of the sales agreement: by September 11, 2026.
  3. The Purchaser is obliged to pay the purchase price within no more than 7 days from the date of conclusion of the sales agreement.
  4. The vehicle shall be handed over immediately after the Purchaser pays the purchase price, on the day specified by the Seller, at the Seller’s premises, based on an acceptance protocol.
  5. All costs, fees, and taxes shall be borne by the Purchaser.
  6. The Seller does not provide a warranty regarding the condition of the vehicle, nor does the Seller bear liability for hidden defects of the vehicle.
  7. Upon the handing over of the vehicle, all benefits and burdens associated with the acquired vehicle pass to the purchaser.

Information on the processing of personal data by the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Montreal

The present information ensures compliance with the obligation laid down in Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1 and OJ L 127, 23.5.2018, p. 2).  

1. Within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the GDPR, the controller of your personal data is the Minister of Foreign Affairs established in Poland, Warsaw, Al. J. Ch. Szucha 23, and the person carrying out the tasks of the controller is the head of Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Montreal  established in Montreal H3G 2C8, 3501, av du Musee, QC, Canada.

2. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) was appointed at the MFA headquarters and in diplomatic missions abroad.

3. The data are processed on the basis of § 17 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 21 October 2019 on the detailed manner of managing tangible movable assets of the State Treasury (Journal of Laws 2025, item 228), pursuant to point (c) of Article 6 (1) of the GDPR, for the purpose of conducting a tender for the sale of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ movable asset.

4. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the tender.

5. The personal data will be processed until the conclusion of the tender. Then, data will be stored for archival purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 July 1983 on national archive resources and archives, as well as internal regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

6. Only authorized employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the diplomatic mission referred to in paragraph 1 have access to the data.

7. The personal data may be made available to third parties and individuals authorized to access them under applicable law. A separate category of recipients are entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller, in particular in connection with signed agreements, e.g. IT service providers.

8. The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

9. You have the right to control the processing of data as set out in Articles 15-19 of the GDPR, in particular the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure and the right to restriction of processing, if applicable.

10. The personal data will not be processed by automated means that will impact on making decision, where it produces legal effects concerning data subjects or similarly significantly affects them. The personal data  will not be subject to profiling.
