EUPAN study
As part of the Polish Presidency of the EU Council and the Polish Presidency of The European Public Administration Network (EUPAN) , the Foundation Institute for Market and Social Research (IBRiS), on commission from the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, carried out a study on well-being and work-life balance.
Diagnosis of the functioning of well-being and work-life balance solutions in the EUPAN network countries
The study included EUPAN* member countries, the European Commission, and observer countries. The project was divided into three modules, each concluded with a separate report:
- Module 1 – Overview of implemented solutions (including types, effectiveness, cost assessment, employee needs, "green administration").
- Module 2 – Guide to best practices from EUPAN countries.
- Module 3 – Evaluation of work-life balance and well-being solutions from the perspective of public administration employees in two selected EU countries.
Key findings from the study are presented at the beginning of module 1 and module 3 reports. The documents also include infographics and tables for easy reference to the main results.
