Internal Security Fund 2014-2020

The Internal Security Fund (hereafter: ISF) is a financial mechanism established for the period 2014-2020, the rules of which are set forth in EU regulations and the CSF Country Program.

The Fund operates under two components: ISF- Police and ISF- Borders and Visas, each of which has specific objectives and national targets. 

Objectives of the Fund:

  • ISF Police: to prevent and combat cross-border crime, including terrorism, and to strengthen law enforcement cooperation,
  • ISF Borders and Visas: to promote a common visa policy to facilitate legitimate travel and support integrated border management.

Due to the closure of the current perspective, no new open calls will be announced.
