The emergency phone line for the Consul on Duty is available only outside of office hours, including weekends. It is to be used only in genuine emergencies involving Polish citizens, such as accidents, medical emergencies, deaths or arrests. The emergency phone line cannot be used for inquiries about office hours, appointment bookings, or matters related to passports, legal issues or visas.
