Polish Archaeological Institute at Athens will organize the 3rd Annual Meeting, on June 19th, 2024 at the premises of the École française d’Athènes.

On the occasion of the Polish National Day, which commemorates the adoption of the Constitution of May 3rd, 1791, the first modern constitution in Europe and the second in the world. the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland Mr. Artur Lompart and Mrs. Iwona Lompart hosted a delightful reception at the premises of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Athens for Greek authorities, the Diplomatic Corps, distinguished representatives from business, cultural and scientific sectors as well as the Polish diaspora.

On April 29, the official ceremony of awarding the Lord Byron Medal to the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Greece, Artur Lompart, took place at the Philhellenism Museum in Athens.

From 10 to 12 April, Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski is visiting Greece, where he held political consultations with the country’s Minister of Foreign Affairs George Gerapetritis and will be taking part in the Delphi Economic Forum.

The international "Ambassador of Polish History" award is an honorary distinction established by the IPN's President. It is granted to individuals and organizations in recognition of their outstanding contribution to commemorating the history of the Polish Nation and supporting the IPN in its statutory activities in the field of research and education. The "Ambassador of Polish History" is a continuation of the "Witness to History" award for non-Polish individuals and organizations, which was granted from 2015–2022.

Poland will be the honoured country at the International Trade Show for Fruits & Vegetables FRESKON, which will take place in the Thessaloniki International Exhibition and Congress Centre Helexpo, from 11 to 13 of April 2024.

Polish stand operated at the 11. Artozyma International Exhibition for Bakery, Confectionery, Machinery, Equipment, and Ready-Made Products in the Thessaloniki International Exhibition and Congress Centre Helexpo, from 24 to 26 of February 2024.
