How to make an appointment in the embassy
The way of scheduling appointments at Polish Embassy depends on the consular service you require. You will find detailed information in sections on specific services.

You should make an appointment on the website - www.e-konsulat.gov.pl if you don't make an appointment your application can only be accepted under condition that all people signed in already left and you are still within the office working hours.
Office working hours - Monday - Friday 9 to 14 except Wednesday from 13-18.
In the motions and complaints matters Head of the Consular Office receives on Tuesday from 15:00 do 16:00
Consular fees can only be accepted by card!
