Arkadiusz Myrcha (born on February 1, 1984, in Toruń) is a lawyer, attorney-at-law, local government official, doctor of legal sciences, and politician. He has served as a Member of Parliament in the 8th, 9th, and 10th terms.

He is a graduate of the 5th High School in Toruń and completed legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. From 2006 to 2008, he held the position of chairman of the student government at the university. In 2023, he obtained a Ph.D. in legal sciences from SWPS University based on his thesis titled "Legislative Proceedings," supervised by Marek Chmaj.

In 2009, he started working in a private law firm, completed his attorney-at-law training, and subsequently began practicing as an attorney-at-law. He was appointed to the social council of the Municipal Specialist Clinic in Toruń on behalf of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivode.

In the 2010 elections, he won a seat as a councilor in Toruń representing the Civic Platform party (previously, in the 2006 elections, he unsuccessfully ran as a candidate for Marian Filar's committee). In 2014, he successfully sought re-election.

In the 2015 parliamentary elections, he ran for the Sejm in the Toruń district as the first candidate on the Civic Platform's list. He became a Member of Parliament in the 8th term, receiving 13,400 votes. He was elected as a representative of the Sejm to the National Council of the Prosecutor's Office (abolished in 2016). In the 8th term, he served on the Committee on Justice and Human Rights, the Legislative Committee, and the Special Committee for Changes in Codifications. He also worked in the Committee on Economy and Development (2015-2016).

In the 2019 elections, he successfully sought re-election to the Sejm as part of the Civic Coalition, receiving 32,439 votes. In the 9th term, he was elected as the chairman of the Legislative Committee. In the 2023 elections, he once again secured a parliamentary mandate, receiving 64,452 votes. Currently, he serves as the chairman of the Committee on Justice and Human Rights.
