Wojciech Kutyła

Director General of the Ministry of Justice

Wojciech Kutyła (born on February 21, 1965) graduated history at the University of Warsaw, completed postgraduate studies in management at the Warsaw School of Economics, and underwent control application training at the Supreme Audit Office. He is also a graduate of the joint program ARGO Top Public Executive, National School of Public Administration, and IESE Business School in Barcelona.

After completing the National School of Public Administration in 1995, he worked at the Supreme Audit Office and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. Since March 2000, he has been a nominated civil servant. He served as the long-time Director General at the National Health Fund and the Ministry of Health.

From 2012 to 2019, he held the position of Vice President of the Supreme Audit Office. He was responsible for conducting key audits in Poland, international cooperation, and audits of international institutions such as the Council of Europe and the OECD.

He also led the implementation of Supreme Audit Office projects funded by the European Union, aimed at cooperation with the supreme audit institutions of Albania, Kosovo, Azerbaijan, and Palestine. From 2021 to 2023, he resided in Amman and worked as an advisor for the Supreme Audit Institution of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
