Zuzanna Rudzińska - Bluszcz

Undersecretary of State

Zuzanna Rudzińska-Bluszcz, born on April 30, 1982, in Warsaw, is a human rights lawyer, an attorney-at-law, formerly an advocate.

From 2021 to 2023, she served as the president of the ClientEarth Lawyers for the Earth Foundation.

From 2015 to 2021, she was the main coordinator for strategic legal proceedings at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights. She was a three-time candidate (in 2020-2021) for the position of the Commissioner for Human Rights.

Earlier, she worked in law firms for ten years. She was involved in various court cases related to human rights, including freedom of speech, rights of people with disabilities, and discrimination. She also served as a judge at the Higher Bar Disciplinary Court and was a member of the Women's Team at the Polish Bar Association.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, studied Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw, and attended Cardiff Law School in the United Kingdom. In 2011, she completed her advocate training and is currently listed as attorney-at-law. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Academy for Poland (2017), Marshall Memorial Fellowship (2019), and Leaders Europe: Obama Foundation Fellowship (2020).
