01.09.202283th anniversary of the outbreak of World War IIOn 1 September 2022, to mark the 83th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II, representatives of the Polish Embassy in Oslo: Ambassador Iwona Woicka-Żuławska, Defence Attaché Col Waldemar Torbicki, and Consul Agnieszka Kucińska-Spyrka laid a wreath at the Polish war grave at the Vestre Gravlund cemetery in Oslo to honour Polish soldiers who died during World War II.

During his visit, the Minister met with Eivind Vad Petterson, Secretary of State at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Thomas Boe Hornburg Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Norway, and Ingjerd Schou, a member of the Conservative Party in the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee of the Storting and a member of the Polish-Norwegian friendship group.
