Please be kindly advised that the Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Manila does not collaborate with any commercial visa and employment agencies or is not responsible for paid offers of their assistance. These entities are unable to secure visa appointments or influence consular decisions. The only cost involved is the visa fee charged by the Consulate and optionally Visa Application Center processing fee. We do not issue authorization letters to the applicants.

Please note that the Embassy e-mail correspondence with visa applicants is carried out only via manila.consulate@msz.gov.pl,  manila.amb.rk@msz.gov.pl or other account in the domain @msz.gov.pl. The Polish Visa Appplication Center consultants may be reached at Info.plph@vfshelpline.com

The Embassy also informs that persons interested in obtaining a Polish visa are required to book an appointment to submit an application for a visa either in the Visa Application Center appointment system https://visa.vfsglobal.com/phl/en/pol/book-an-appointment or in the Embassy e-consulate portal https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl/ The registered visa application is submitted directly at our Embassy or Visa Application Center personally by an applicant who is the part of a visa proceeding.

For more information on the whole procedure and required documents, you may refer directly to the Embassy’s website: https://www.gov.pl/web/philippines/embassy

If you therefore receive visa offers that you believe are or might be fraudulent or suspicious, please disregard them. You may also verify the same with the Consular Section at manila.consulate@msz.gov.pl
